Workshop: A Guided Outdoor Mindful Photography Experience
April 22
Our Creative Ecosystem
April 23
Step away from the conference room and into a guided experience of presence, creativity, and attention. In this 90-minute immersive workshop, photographer and meditation guide Kristopher Grunert introduces participants to his six-part framework, Photography as Meditation, and then leads the group into a nearby park for a live, guided walking session.
This is not a technical photography class. Instead, it is an invitation to slow down and explore how the simple act of noticing can transform the way we see our surroundings. Through gentle audio guidance, participants will move at their own pace while engaging curiosity, sensory awareness, light and shadow, flow, and gratitude.
Designed for all experience levels, this workshop is accessible to anyone with a smartphone or camera. Participants can expect a restorative break within the summit, practical tools for focused attention, and a renewed relationship to creativity and place.
No photography background required — Bring weather appropriate attire, a camera or smartphone and an open mind.
