Who We Are
Inspired by a road trip through an atmospheric river from Astoria to Victoria, the PNW Creatives Summit is powered by a collective of storytellers, organizers, creatives, and community-builders who believe in the transformative force of collaboration across borders.
Produced by Here Magazine—a Victoria, B.C.–based nonprofit publication that has been amplifying newcomer and equity-deserving voices since 2013—the Summit builds on more than a decade of place-based storytelling, creative convening, and community-rooted publishing.
Together, we’re shaping a gathering that highlights #WhatWeShare: Our stories, our craft, and our commitment to a more inclusive creative future here in the PNW and beyond.
Fiona Bramble
Program and Partnerships
Managing Editor of Here Magazine and CEO of REP Here in Canada, Fiona guides the vision, relationships, and collaborations that anchor the PNW Creatives Summit, bringing together partners, storytellers, and creatives from across the region to be in community together.
Tracy Guinchard
Multimedia Director
Tracy manages all of Here Magazine’s multimedia campaigns, documentary projects, and digital storytelling. At the Summit, Tracy will be keeping the world updated and capturing the moments that matter—on camera, online, and everywhere in between.
Alberto Cortés
Art Director
Beto has led art direction at Here Magazine since 2019 and is the creative mind behind the Summit’s visual identity. He’s our logo and brand visionary, shaping the look, feel, and creative heartbeat of the event. Look for his Summit designs across multiple platforms and places!
Samira Shojaei
Design and Development
A talented motion graphics designer, Samira has contributed to multiple Here Magazine design and digital projects by blending her technical skill with a strong storytelling instinct. Her motion design helps animate the Summit experience across our screens and platforms.
D’Jannah Shaneece
Creative Campaign Development
Recently completing her internship with Here Magazine, D’Jannah supports the Summit with short-form video and multimedia content development and emerging event support—including for the Better Together Gala x Fashion Show.
Samantha Wood-Gaines
Design and Merchandise
A member of the Here Magazine and REP Creative teams, Samantha contributes design support and leads our merchandise development. At the Summit, she’ll help create thoughtful branded pieces and support exhibitors to shape their own merchandise offerings.
