Yes! You do not have to be a creative industry professional to get something inspiring out of the Summit! Storytelling and creative expression is something we all share and want to connect to. (and why not consider applying to be a volunteer if you want to get the Summit vibes but aren’t sure about all the workshops!)

Yes. We’d love you to join us for two days to experience all the Summit has to offer, but you can purchase a one-day ticket for Wednesday, April 22, 2026 or Thursday, April 23, 2026. Get tickets

Yes, you can purchase a standalone ticket for the Better Together Gala x Fashion Show. Get tickets

Early-bird discounted tickets are available until February 28. Volunteers receive free access to the Summit. We are also working with partners and sponsors to offer a limited number of bursary or supported passes, with details to be announced.

Yes, Creative BC offers several funding streams that may support your travel and/or Summit-related activities, including the Domestic Industry Initiatives fund, the Book Publishers Market Fund, and the Magazine Publishers Market Fund.

Yes. From parking to elevators to theatre seating. Please learn more about the Victoria Conference Centre’s accessibility features here. We are committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience. If you have specific access needs, you’ll be able to share them during registration or contact us directly.

Coffee, tea, and water will be provided throughout the day. No meals are included in the Summit Day 1 Ticket, Summit Day 2 Ticket, or Summit-Only Pass. There are many food options available around the Conference Centre during the lunch break. The Better Together Gala x Fashion Show Ticket (included in the Summit Full Experience Pass as well) includes light fare at the evening event.

Yes! Volunteers are an important part of bringing the Summit to life. Volunteer opportunities will be shared closer to the event. A dedicated volunteer information page will be added to this site.

The PNW Creatives Summit takes place at the Victoria Conference Centre, located in the heart of downtown Victoria, steps from the Inner Harbour, hotels, restaurants, and cultural spaces.

Arriving by air

  • Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is about 25 minutes from downtown.
  • Taxis, ride-share services, and airport shuttles are readily available.
  • Harbour Air and Seair Airplanes fly between multiple Vancouver Island, Seattle, and Vancouver locations and Victoria Inner Harbour and Victoria International Airport, including harbour-to-harbour flights.

Arriving by ferry

  • BC Ferries offers sailings from Vancouver (Tsawwassen) to Swartz Bay. From Swartz Bay, downtown is about 35 minutes by bus, taxi, or shuttle.
  • The Victoria Clipper connects Seattle to downtown Victoria’s Inner Harbour.
  • The Coho Ferry (Black Ball Ferry Line) connects Port Angeles to downtown Victoria’s Inner Harbour.

Arriving from the U.S.

  • Victoria is easily accessible from Washington State via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho ferry (Black Ball Ferry Line) from Port Angeles.

Getting around once you’re here

  • Downtown Victoria is compact and very walkable.
  • Public transit, bike rentals, taxis, and ride-shares are widely available.
  • Many hotels are within walking distance of the Conference Centre.

More detailed travel tips, including accommodation suggestions and local transit information, will be shared with registered delegates ahead of the Summit.

As the Summit takes shape, registered delegates will receive ongoing updates, with program highlights also shared on our website and social media.
